We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure that items are unworn, unwashed, and have all the original packaging, tags included. All sale items are final.
Exchanges: If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
You must email email@example.com to receive a RMA # prior to shipping your return. We will not be held responsible for any returns sent back to us without a RMA #.
Depending on your location, return parcels may take weeks to be delivered to us. We’ll process your return once it has arrived at our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00.
All packages Returned To Sender due to address or deliverability issues will automatically be refunded to the payment source minus the restocking fee.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have a damaged or defective item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll take care of you!
